"Behold, children are a gift of the LORD, the fruit of the womb is a reward.  Like arrows in the hand of a warrior, so are the children of one’s youth.  How blessed is the man whose quiver is full of them; they will not be ashamed when they speak with their enemies in the gate.” Psalms 127:3-5

For Sale by Owner

This is exactly what it seems to be.  In preparation of our move we are trying to raise some extra cash, as well as clearing out some of our excess stuff.  We are not needing to bring much in the way of furniture, and such, and we have a plethora of things that we just do not really need.  So, our loss is your gain.  If you see something you are interested in, feel free to contact us for more information.  We are hoping to help cover some of the costs of the move by liquidating some of this stuff.  We would like to get the prices listed, but we will consider all reasonable offers.

There is not a lot on here, right now, but we will be adding more, as we come across them, and can get some photos posted.

Sofa, loveseat , and chair. I believe these are made by "This End Up," or at least in that same style. These are incredibly solid pieces of furniture.  Simple in design, but elaborate in comfort.  We love these pieces of furniture, but we just don't want to move them across country.  The cushions are in excellent shape.  The denim (blue) cushion covers are in great shape.  The multi-colored covers have some wear on a few of the seams, though they can easily be replaced by sewing new ones, or purchasing new ones from "This End Up."  At their website, these pieces of furniture are listed under the "Classic" living room furniture styles.

Note: Purchase two of the furniture pieces, and take $25 off the total price.  Purchase all 3, and take $50 off the total price.

Baby Bouncer. This is a Bright Starts "Pretty in Pink" Activity Jumper.  It is in excellent condition.  We picked it up for Echo, but she has already started to outgrow it, so there is no need to move it with us.  As I said, it's in excellent condition, and has all the toys and attachments that came with it.  The buttons seen at the front, are musical, and they do work.

$40

High Chair. This a "Safety First" high chair.  It is very clean, and all components are present and in good working order.  Once again, we do not need this anymore, and do not wish to transport it across the country, just to store it again.  Some of the features: the seat back can be tilted up and down, depending on how you need to feed your little bundle of joy.  It's hard to tell from the picture, but the legs fold together so that it can stand up against the wall, and out of the way.  There is also a larger tray which can be seen attached to the back of the chair.  There is a small peg on the back of the chair, to store this tray out of the way.  The height of this chair is also adjustable, making it very convenient to fit whatever your situation may require.

Baby Swing. This a Fisher-Price "Open Top Take-Along Swing."  It is very clean, and all components are present and in good working order.  It has adjustable speeds depending on your baby's comfort level, and a safety belt to keep the child from rolling out.  The legs fold up, to make this very easy to slide under a bed, or into a closet.  As with the other baby items, we don't need this anymore, and just need it gone.  It's in excellent condition and has been wall-cared for and cleaned.

Other items not pictured (pictures to follow soon):

$100 - Breakfast Nook: Dark wood breakfast nook.  Has an L-shaped bench (with storage in the seats), a detached bench, and a beautiful table.  The table set can easily seat 6, and can probably accomadate 8 fairly easily.  Beautiful table, in great condition, will make a wonderful addition to your dining room or breakfast area.

$100 - 32" Flat-panel LCD HDTV: Dynex 32" 720p HD TV.  Great TV, in excellent condition, with one exception.  There is a mild scratch in the middle of the screen.  This was cause by some children who were "painting" the screen with a brush.  The scratch is in an "X" shape, but it is hardly noticeable, especially when it is on.  It is usually only noticeable if it is a dark scene, or the screen is off.  All in all, this would be an excellent option if you just need a spare TV or a gaming TV for the kids.

$100 - IKEA "Kura" Kid's Combo Bed: This is a really great kid's bed.  It can be easily switched between a single bed and a bunk bed.  The other great aspect is that it is much shorter, which means there is a much lower risk of a  child being hurt if they fall out of the bed, because of the lower height.  This bed HAS been modified in a minor way.  I build a small fort which is free-standing at the end of the bed, but I did add a few connection points to the bed for stability.  It has no effect on the stability of the bed, and only slightly noticeable marks on the bed itself.  The "fort" is just a simple platform with a railing along the edge, as well as a small "climbing wall" for access.  This has been a huge hit with our kids, and you are welcome to it, if it will come apart as easily as it went together.

$75 - Chest Freezer: This is a great little freezer.  This is a 10 Cu. Ft. chest freezer, made by "Magic Chef."  The Model No. is MCCF-10WMD, if you want to look it up at the Magic Chef website.  This is a bit over 3 years old, and has run beautifully for us the entire time.  It is a great addition to your kitchen and small enough to fit easily into a corner, or even a pantry and/or closet.
